You can book online through our booking system, call Captain Elliot at (508) 274-4010, or send an inquiry through our contact page. A $500 deposit secures your date, and the balance is due in cleared funds before the charter departs.

Weekends in July and August fill up fastest, often weeks or even months ahead. Sunset cruises and bachelorette charters book out earliest. For peak summer dates, we recommend booking as soon as you know your plans. Weekday and shoulder-season dates have more flexibility.

All charters leave from Flying Bridge Marina, 220 Scranton Avenue, Falmouth, MA 02540. We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes before your scheduled departure. Parking is available at the marina.

The rate covers the boat, Captain Elliot, fuel, coolers, ice, fresh water, premium seating, shade, swim ladder, and Starlink WiFi. Fishing charters also include all rods, reels, tackle, bait, and lures.

No. We charge per charter, not per person. The full rate is for the boat — your group size doesn't change the price within the capacity for that charter type.

A 20% gratuity on the base charter rate is customary and at the charterer's discretion. It's not built into the published rate.

Yes, when conditions and scheduling allow. Additional hours are charged at $400/hour across all charter types. Let the captain know during your trip and we'll do our best to extend.

Group capacity varies by charter type. Sunset cruises, day charters, fishing trips, and our Menemsha Memories Adventure all have different limits. We'll confirm capacity when you book — just tell us how many you're planning for and we'll match you with the right charter.

Absolutely. You're welcome to bring whatever food and beverages you'd like — coolers, ice, and fresh water are provided. We also offer a grocery and beverage shopping service for trips booked at least 7 days in advance.

Sun protection (sunscreen, hat, sunglasses), layers for the evening (it gets cool on the water), soft-soled shoes (no black-soled or dirty footwear), and any food or drinks you'd like onboard. For fishing charters, all gear is provided.

Absolutely. Bring a phone or device and we'll get it connected to the boat's sound system.

Safety comes first. If conditions are unsafe, Captain Elliot will make the call and we'll work to reschedule your charter for another available date. If rescheduling isn't possible, an in-house credit for future use is issued. The captain has full discretion on weather calls.

Captain Elliot makes the final call on all weather and safety decisions. As a U.S. Coast Guard veteran and USCG-licensed captain, he's trained to read conditions and prioritize safety.

No personal fishing license is required for our fishing charters. The vessel is federally registered and covered with the proper fishing permits.

Yes — fishing charters include all rods, reels, tackle, bait, and lures. Fishing gear is only provided for booked fishing charters, not for pleasure cruises.

Yes — Cape Cod bachelorette charters are one of the most popular trips we run. Private boat, private day, music and drinks of your choosing, routes built for photos. See our dedicated bachelorette page for full details and pricing.

Yes — bring whatever you'd like (banners, sashes, props, etc.). We just ask for nothing that creates a mess we can't clean (no confetti, glitter, or anything that won't come off the boat).
