Why We Chose the Lujo
We chose the HCB Lujo because it does two things most boats don’t do well together — it handles rough water like an offshore sportfisher, and it lays out like a yacht. That matters on Cape Cod, where a calm morning can turn into a choppy afternoon and your guests need to be just as comfortable in both.
The Lujo’s hull cuts cleanly through chop, the engines are quiet enough to hold a conversation at cruising speed, and the deck is wide open without feeling exposed. Whether you’re swimming off the back at a sandbar, holding a rod over the gunwale, or sitting back with a drink as we run to the Vineyard, the boat works around you instead of the other way around.
